This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how Adaxian (« we », « us ») collects and processes personal data when you use adaxian.fr and our services.

  • Identification & contact (e.g., name, email, phone, company, role) when you contact us.
  • Professional information you choose to share in your message or attachments.
  • Technical & usage data (e.g., device, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, IP truncated/pseudonymized where applicable).
  • Cookies/trackers data as described in §7.

3) Purposes & legal bases

We process data to:

  • Respond to contact requests and manage pre‑contractual/contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Operate, secure, and improve the site; prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
  • Measure audience and performance with consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Comply with legal obligations (accounting, security logs) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4) Recipients & transfers

Data is processed by authorized Adaxian staff and trusted providers (hosting, maintenance, analytics where applicable) strictly for the above purposes.
Data is hosted in the EU. If transfers outside the EEA occur, we use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses + supplementary measures).

5) Retention

  • Contact inquiries: up to 3 years from last interaction.
  • Client records: during the contractual relationship, then 5 years (archival).
  • Invoices & accounting: 10 years.
  • Security logs: up to 6 months.
  • Cookies/analytics: as specified in §7 and your Consent Manager preferences.

6) Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (including to direct marketing). You may also set post‑mortem directives.
